Frank Martinez's Profile

I am a native Bakersfield resident born in 1982 and have lived in Bakersfield my whole life.  I am married with three beautiful daughters ages 11, 8, and 4.  I love real estate and bought my first home way back in 2003 at the ripe old age of 21!  My wife and I currently live in the city in the hills neighborhood and we love it!  We also own rental properties and we are always working on growing our rental portfolio.  

My hobbies include hanging out with friends and family, coaching youth sports, attending concerts and sporting events, and buying and selling baseball cards online.  

I am also a math specialist for Fairfax School district where I develop our math instruction strategies and a math intervention program for our school site.  I am very detail oriented and highly organized.  I am always trying to work to improve a little each day.  I love working with numbers and people so my two professions (math coach and real estate agent) fit me perfectly!
