Joe Buechler's Profile

As a Bakersfield native and trusted real estate advisor, Joe is no stranger to the finer properties and deals in Kern and Orange Counties. He has been a licensed real estate agent for over 15 years in the Bakersfield, Newport Beach, and Orange County areas while compiling a long track record of sales success. Joe was awarded the prestigious International Society of Excellence designation for performance, knowledge, and service. Prior to joining Watson Realty, Joe worked for more than 12 years at Bank of America Wealth Management while consistently achieving President Club awards and many other distinctions. He graduated with a B.S. from San Diego State University majoring in Business Administration with an emphasis on Marketing.

When he isn't honing his negotiation skills, Joe can be seen battling point for point on the tennis courts. Joe is a USTA member and plays in many charity and local tennis tournaments. He is an avid dog lover and supporter various animal-related charities.
