About Cheryl:

Cheryl began her real estate career in 1993, specializing for eleven years in new construction. She has worked for standout local builders such as Coleman Homes, Burlington Homes, Castle and Cooke and others. Her experience in new construction has given her a keen eye for construction quality, property features and detail which serves her re-sale clients well. Cheryl is a National Association of Realtors SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) as well as a Kern County CASA (court appointed special advocate) for foster children. Cheryl is celebrating over 25 years in the Bakersfield real estate business and with hundreds of successful home sales, Cheryl continues to serve her clients with honesty and integrity. She feels that her success has come from effectively helping clients realize their real estate dreams and goals.

About Greg:

Greg started his real estate career in 2005, joining his wife Cheryl to form The Ketchum Team. He has been helping his clients with their real estate needs ever since. He take pride in the fact that whether buyer or seller he's been able to successfully assist his clients honestly, ethically and professionally in all stages of their real estate transactions. His focus is in residential real estate, but he's also worked with investors to purchase and sell multi-units as well as commercial and business opportunities. As much as he enjoys his career, he's sure to make time for family as well as his hobbies of photography, fishing, golf and an occasional motorcycle ride.
